Greening Inorganic Soil Improvement Material Super Sol L1

It creates well-draining, breathable soil.

■ Super Soil L1 is a lightweight greening material with a specific gravity of 0.25 to 0.5. ■ It is available in adjusted particle sizes, with small (4 to 15 mm) and medium (15 to 25 mm) types. ■ When mixed with soil, it does not compact, allowing for the creation of a granular soil structure suitable for root development. ■ Being porous, it has good air permeability, water permeability, and nutrient retention, which helps plant growth. ■ When used as a drainage substrate or as bottom stones in pots, it is effective in preventing root rot. ■ It can be packed into a water-permeable tubular non-woven fabric and used as an oxygen pipe in planting projects. ■ It is made of a hard material, so it does not crush and its effectiveness lasts. ■ Its lightweight nature makes it suitable for greening on rooftops and balconies with load restrictions. □ For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Super Sol Construction Case] Example of Building a Truck Scale on Weak Ground

This is a case study of the installation work for a truck scale.

We will introduce a case study of the construction of a truck scale on weak ground using "Super Sol," an artificial lightweight material made from crushed and sintered waste glass. In the construction of the truck scale on weak ground, the stability of the bearing capacity was insufficient as it was. As a countermeasure, ground improvement using piles and Super Sol was considered, but taking into account the cost benefits in terms of strength and workability, Super Sol was adopted. 【Construction Case Study】 - Construction Content: Truck Scale Installation - Use Category: Civil Engineering / Structural Foundation / Ground Improvement - Client: Private - Construction Location: Arakawa Ward, Tokyo - Required Performance: Lightweight and Strength For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Super Soil Construction Case Study] Examples of Soil Improvement in Planting Work

This is a case study of soil improvement work in the H22 Ageo Road planting project in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

We would like to introduce a case study of the application of "Super Sol," an artificial lightweight material made from crushed and sintered waste glass, used for soil improvement in planting work. It was utilized as a soil improvement material for low shrub azalea planting near the intersection of National Route 17 (Ageo Road). It has been adopted as an inorganic soil improvement material registered with NETIS. Compared to natural mineral foams, it produces less dust during construction, allowing work to proceed even on somewhat windy days. Due to minimal dust adhering to the eyes and skin of the workers, it received high praise for its excellent workability. 【Case Study】 - Construction Details: H22 Ageo Road Planting Work - Usage Category: Greening / Soil Improvement / Planting - Client: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Kanto Regional Development Bureau - Construction Location: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture - Required Performance: Air permeability, drainage (mixed with soil), soil hardness improvement For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
